Prices depicted are starting prices for General Admission tickets. Happy Haunting Hour tickets start at $20 on select nights and are a discounted General Admission ticket for those willing to enter the park early, before 8:00pm.

Your Dark Harbor ticket will grant admission onto the Queen Mary from 4:00pm to 8:00pm.  Tours, exhibits and attractions are an additional fee during regular operating hours.  Please note that Dark Harbor does NOT allow re-entry.  If you would like to visit the Queen Mary be sure to visit the ship first before going into Dark Harbor.  

This is a discounted ticket for those willing to come early. Arrive at Dark Harbor during the Happy Haunting Hour & take down a specialty cocktail or two at The Gallows & The Last Drop Bar or start your night off with whiskey flights located next door at The Barrel Tasting Room inside Dark Harbor’s Shipyard before the gates officially open.

You and up to 9 other Ultimate Screamers will join a guide, who will escort you to the front of the line of each maze. Take a break in our exclusive RIP Lounge located above Dark Harbor, where you can rest in peace with a ghost-eye-view of the entire event and only the occasional monster encounter.

Tours begin either at 7:30 or 8:30PM. Please arrive prior to your scheduled start time as the tour will promptly depart the starting location. (Must be 21 +)

Dark Hour is an exciting cocktail hour and backstage experience with the main cast monsters and producer of Dark Harbor, and is held from 5:30pm – 6:45pm on select nights only: October 11, 18, 25, and 31. Upon entering the Dark Hour lair located on board the Queen Mary, you’ll be offered a rare chance to mingle and take pictures with all the main cast monsters, and then get to enjoy food and hors d’oeuvres with cocktails available for purchase. You can then witness or participate in a Q+A session with the producer of Dark Harbor, after which you will be escorted to a balcony viewing of the 7pm gate opening of Dark Harbor, a rare treat to view the rush from above! Then it’s off to have the fright of your life, and for the rest of the evening you can make use of Evil Express line entry into all the mazes. And did we mention your ticket includes on-site parking at Dark Harbor?

Welcome to the most authentically haunted Halloween experience in all of Southern California! Before you arrive at the Queen Mary’s Dark Harbor, please review the following important information.

  • Dark Harbor opens at 7:00pm.
  • Please make sure you have your tickets printed out or have a clearly readable barcode available for scanning on your mobile device prior to entering the entrance queue.
  • Make your night even more enjoyable by adding on access to the RIP Lounge (21 and up), or upgrading your ticket to Evil Express for the expedited event and maze entry, or the Ultimate SCREAM Experience. All upgrades are available on site while supplies last.
  • If you arrive before the gates open at 7:00 pm, you can start your night off at The Gallows & The Last Drop Bar or delight in a whiskey flight at The Barrel Tasting Room, located inside Dark Harbor’s Shipyard. (These bars open at 6 pm).
  • Happy Haunting Hour ticket holders must enter the park before 8:00pm.

We STRONGLY encourage parking off-site for Dark Harbor, as this may help make your night more enjoyable and expedite your entry into the event.

We have several different GENERAL parking locations available to you in the downtown Long Beach area listed below. A FREE shuttle will be available to take you frm each of the off-site parking locations to Dark Harbor and will make continuous round trips to and frm downtown Long Beach, so you can return to your off-site lot after a night of fear. You can even pre-purchase your parking by clicking your arrival date HERE.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?

  • Rain or shine, Dark Harbor will be open! However, the safety of our guests is our top priority and we may make the decision to close Dark Harbor in the event of an extreme weather emergency.

WILL THERE BE FOOD AND BEVERAGES AVAILABLE INSIDE DARK HARBOR?

  • Yes, Dark Harbor features a variety of concession food and beverage options, from snacks to dinner. The RIP Lounge features an all-you-can-eat taco bar for those who purchase this upgrade. RIP Lounge access also includes two drinks at the RIP Lounge bar. Dark Harbor features 13 themed bar experiences, including a Whiskey Tasting Room. A variety of alcoholic beverages from beer to mixed drinks are served, and last call is 75 minutes prior to event close nightly.

WILL THERE BE VEGETARIAN OPTIONS?

  • We will have a variety of food for sale, including some vegetarian options.

WHAT ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED?

  • The following is a list of prohibited items for this event: Instruments, Knives/Weapons, Over-sized wallet chains, Pepper Spray, Outside Food & Beverages, Chairs, Bota Bags/Camelpaks, Umbrellas, Blankets, Pets (Service Pets OK), Drugs & Drug Paraphernalia, Colors or Club Patches, Masks or Costumes, Coolers, Professional Cameras, Motorized Bikes or Scooters (ADA ok), Laser Pointers, Markers or Pens.
  • No backpacks or open tote bags that exceed 12" x 6" x 12".
    • All bags are subject to inspection. No Exceptions.
    • Small clutch bags that do not exceed 4.5” X 6.5”, with or without a handle or strap can be taken into Dark Harbor.
  • *Exceptions will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at a gate designated for this purpose.

Confiscated items will not be returned.

By purchasing a ticket: For your safety, you are agreeing to submit to a full body pat-down before entering Dark Harbor. Persons that refuse to comply with the search policy will be refused entry into the event. Illegal items will be confiscated. No items will be held by Security or staff. If you are bringing prescription medication, make sure the name on the label matches the name on your ID, and authorized personnel will clear it at the entry gate.

  • Fighting will not be tolerated at Dark Harbor.
  • No refunds or exchanges.

The Queen Mary abides by a zero-tolerance drug policy, detection will result in access to Dark Harbor being denied and removal from the property. Please respect regulations. Please contact any security or Dark Harbor employee for the location of First Aid if medical attention is needed.

ARE COSTUMES ALLOWED?

  • No. Costumes, masks, costume makeup and props are strictly prohibited, EXCEPT at our LGBTQ+ Night on Sunday, October 27 and on Halloween (10/31) and Dia de los Muertos (11/1). On these three nights, we welcome costumes without masks or props. On LGBTQ+ Night and Halloween Night, you're invited to enter our Costume Contest for a chance to win cash prizes. 

Costumes for the contests on 10/27 and 10/31 can be registered onsite upon entry.
