ScotsFest Activities

The 20th Annual Queen Mary ScotsFest offers guests a glimpse into Scottish culture and history. Featuring a variety of traditional Scottish activities including athletic competitions, a Grand Parade, dancing, piping, and whisky tasting, ScotsFest is fun for the entire family.

ATHLETICS

For centuries, Scots have been competing in tests of physical strength, skill and technique, and ScotsFest gives visitors a chance to see (or compete) these exciting events firsthand.

GRAND PARADE

A crowd pleaser each year, the Grand Parade showcases all the Scottish clans and bands participating at ScotsFest.

WHISKY TASTING*

Explore the complex taste of traditional Scottish whisky and learn why sometimes it’s spelled with an “e”.

KIDS ZONE

Wholesome fun for the little ones! The Kids Zone includes a bouncy castle, face painting and more silly Scottish-themed fun.

SHEEPHERDING

One of the most unique and unpredictable events at ScotsFest is sheepherding. Owners, their dogs and of course, the sheep, will compete through an obstacle course where they will earn points for speed and accuracy.

VENDOR VILLAGE

Browse through dozens of kiosks featuring a wide variety of Scottish-themed goods.
