Additional Information
All ticket/tour options are available daily unless otherwise noted. Advance reservation and nonrefundable deposit are required. There is a 2-week cancellation policy. Changes made within 2-weeks of group arrival date will result in additional fees and possible forfeiture of deposit. Groups are expected to arrive at the predetermined location on time and with the contracted number of guests. A minimum of 20 people is required to qualify for group rates.
Payments should be made out to: The Queen Mary. The Queen Mary accepts cash, cashier checks, traveler's checks, and company checks. American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover credit cards are also accepted. There is a charge for parking. There are no refunds or exchanges for any unused tickets. Rates/hours subject to change without notice.
