New Year's Eve - December 31, 2009
More than 6,000 revelers take part in one of the largest and most celebratory New Years Eve festivities. Included in the ticket price are multiple live musical and entertainment venues. Guests can dance from party to party while enjoying a variety of music Hors d'oeurves, party favors, as well as midnight balloon drops, a spectacular fireworks display at 12:20 a.m. and more.
The Scottish Festival - February 13 & 14, 2010
Celebrate the Scottish heritage of the historic Queen Mary at the Annual Queen Mary Scottish Festival. Festivities include Piping and Dancing Competitions, Highland Games, Sheep Herding Demonstrations, Parades, Scottish Clans, Entertainment, Merchandise, Food and Spirits and more.
Ink & Iron Tattoo Festival - June 5, 6 & 7, 2009
Over 280 artists from 30 States and 25 Countries representing all the tattoo styles pricking away with their machines in an exciting atmosphere, where a car show and 3 stage music festival featuring 40 bands throughout the weekend, become an integral part of the event, mingling with the artistic expressions of the aerial showgirls, the cabaret & burlesque shows produced by Victoria Vengeance and the artists at work.
The 4th of July
The Queen Mary is the place to spend the July 4th weekend. Visitors can spend the day exploring the Queen Mary from stem to stern and even spend a night in an original hotel stateroom.
Los Angeles Calendar Motorcycle Show - July 18 & 19 2009
The Queen Mary is the place to for The Los Angeles Calendar Motorcycle Show Weekend in Long Beach / Los Angeles. Its extraordinary growth and success having become the biggest Custom and Performance Streetbike Show in America (and possibly the World) focused on the custom, cruiser and high performance sport / streetbike markets.
Art Deco Festival - September 2009
The Queen Mary's authentic Art Deco decor makes this ocean liner the ideal location for the yearly Art Deco Festival, held over Labor Day Weekend. This four-day festival, which successfully premiered in 2005, is presented by the RMS Queen Mary Foundation in association with the Art Deco Society of Los Angeles, and features a gala Art Deco Ball, a festival of vintage films, lecturers, colorful and informative tours, an Art Deco Bazaar, and much more.
Queen Mary Shipwreck - October 2009
The Queen Mary transforms into "The Most Terrifying Place On Earth" for Shipwreck, the Queen Mary’s Annual Halloween Terror Fest. Each year, Shipwreck unveils a new creation that delivers ultimate horror to the daring mortals that brave this terrifying event. Admission includes unlimited entry to all haunted attractions, featuring live bands, plus the huge three level dance party in the Queen Mary's Exhibit Hall. Don't forget the frightfully sexy Fright Mistress and her lair.
Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony - December 2009 (date tbd)
Celebrate your holiday season with elegance and tradition at the Queen Mary's Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony. Admission is free from 4:30 p.m., with a canned food donation. This is the perfect opportunity to bring the whole family to celebrate the season on board the historic ocean liner during this event. The program, which will be presented on the Sun Deck Stage at the stern of the ship, features musical performances, a holiday sing-a-long and complimentary refreshments.
