Jack Daniel's lovers unite.

The Queen Mary is proud to introduce its latest culinary event with the inaugural five-course Jack Daniel's Tasting Dinner.

Scheduled for Thursday, July 25 at 6 p.m. in the Queen's Salon, join us for a five-course dinner highlighted by Jack Daniel’s Unaged Tennessee Rye - the first new grain recipe that Jack Daniel's has used since before Prohibition. (Yes, you read that right.)

In addition, we will unveil a special Queen Mary branded Jack Daniel's Barrel as the ship's culinary experts trekked the 2,085 miles to Lynchburg, Tenn. (by trekking, we mean hopping on a flight) and hand-selected a Single Barrel from Jack Daniel's Master Distiller Jeff Arnett and will introduce the special bottle - sourced only from the Queen Mary's barrel – a Jack Daniel's that will taste like none other, since no two Jack Daniel's barrels are alike.

The meal will also feature Jack Daniel's White Rabbit Saloon (video)- this limited edition release honors Mr. Jack’s opening of the White Rabbit Saloon formerly located in Lynchburg’s town square 120 years ago.

Plus, celebrity bartender Eric "ET" Tecosky (visit his website) will be on hand to mix cocktails, discuss pairings and maybe teach a few things or two to all on hand for this special dinner.

Mo’s freshwater prawn and caramelized leek grit cakes with Corn Nage

Course No. 2: Gentleman Jack Daniel's
Pan roasted salmon with sweet potato-bleu cheese gnocchi, fried green tomatoes, arugula and a Jack Daniel’s maple bacon dressing

Course No. 3: Jack Daniel's Tennessee Honey

Rick-yard style angus New York Steak, Tennessee honey demi-glace with Yukon potato and dried fruit gratin. Poblano chili soufflé and cilantro compound butter

Course No. 4: Jack Daniel's Unaged Tennessee Rye
Appalachian Stack Cake with Apple Filling, Molasses Chocolate Ganache and wild berry compote
