You loved our Whiskey dinner in the Spring and our Jack Daniel's Dinner (photos | great story - page 43) in the Summer and get ready for the Fall edition of this exciting dinner series: the B.R. Cohn Wine Tasting Dinner.

Sonoma County's B.R. Cohn was founded by Bruce Cohn, whom embraced a lifelong passion for Northern California’s wine country and its bounty. An equally strong passion for music led to a parallel career in the music industry as the manager for one of rock ‘n’ roll’s perennially favorite American bands, The Doobie Brothers.

Senior Vice President & National Sales Manager for B.R. Cohn - Dan Cohn (bio), will host our dinner...to answer your questions about wine, The Doobie Brothers and let's say life in general.

Join us for a delicious event that begins with a B.R. Cohn Sauvignon blanc and passed hors d'oeuvres followed by a five-course meal:

Course No. 1: B.R. Cohn Chardonnay

Butter poached Maine lobster with vanilla-scented Yucatan yam, heirloom tomato salsa and petite greens dressed with B.R. Cohn Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Course No. 2: B.R. Cohn Pinot Noir
Cannella and Fennel Wild Boar Chop with Braised cannellini beans.

Course No. 3:
B.R. Cohn Cabernet Sauvignon
Prime Rib Eye Filet with B.R. Cohn Cabernet Demi Glace and wild mushroom ragout and marrow butter.

Course No. 4: B.R. Cohn Zinfandel
Chocolate crunch of dark chocolate mousse, flourless chocolate cake with B.R. Cohn balsamic syrup.

Course No. 5: B.R. Cohn Port
Alec Bradley cigar.
