An equally strong passion for music led to a parallel career in the music industry as the manager for one of rock ‘n’ roll’s perennially favorite American bands, The Doobie Brothers.

Join us for a delicious event that begins with a B.R. Cohn Sauvignon blanc and passed hors d'oeuvres followed by a five-course meal:
Course No. 1: B.R. Cohn Chardonnay
Butter poached Maine lobster with vanilla-scented Yucatan yam, heirloom tomato salsa and petite greens dressed with B.R. Cohn Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Course No. 2: B.R. Cohn Pinot Noir
Cannella and Fennel Wild Boar Chop with Braised cannellini beans.
Course No. 3: B.R. Cohn Cabernet Sauvignon
Prime Rib Eye Filet with B.R. Cohn Cabernet Demi Glace and wild mushroom ragout and marrow butter.
Course No. 4: B.R. Cohn Zinfandel
