A: No, we recommend guests are 13 or older.
Q: What are the event hours?
A: 7:00 p.m. to midnight each night.
Q: Are costumes allowed?
A: Yes, but props are prohibited. Masks are prohibited during the Costume Ball from 7pm-midnight. Registration is required prior to entering the event & your assigned bib number must be worn at all times. If the bib cannot be attached to your costume, you will not be allowed to enter the event. The Queen Mary has sole discretion on any costumes or accessories that may not be permitted into Dark Harbor.Click here to download registration form.
Q: Will there be a security search?
A: Yes, for safety purposes there will be a security search.
Q: What items are prohibited from Dark Harbor?
A: The following are prohibited: gang colors, drugs, weapons, wallet chains, outside food & beverages, coolers, and disorderly conduct.
Q: Will there be food at Dark Harbor?
A: Yes, there will be food booths selling BBQ, Turkey Legs, Tacos, Hawaiian Chicken Bowls, Pizza, Kettle Corn, Gelato, Funnel Cakes, Glow-in-the-dark Cotton Candy.
Q: Can I get on the ship?
A: Three of the mazes take you on board through mysterious places on the ship. However, you must be a hotel guest or dining guest, in order to go through the main entrance.
Q: How much is parking?
A: Parking is $20 per vehicle.
Q: Is alcohol served at Dark Harbor?
A: Yes, there are bars that will be serving our signature drinks, cocktails and beer. You must be 21 years of age or older. A valid government issued ID is required for anyone purchasing and consuming alcoholic beverages.

Q: I printed my tickets online, do I need to go to the ticket booth?
A: No, you can go to the General Admission or Fast Fright/VIP entrance depending on the type of ticket you purchased.
Q: What is a Fast Fright Pass?
A: A Fast Fright Pass will get you to the front of the line at each maze and at the event entrance. But remember, you still need a general admission ticket as well. The Fast Fright Pass is available online, at the ticket booths and inside the event at the guest service and merchandise booths; While supplies last.
Q: What is the R.I.P. Lounge?
A: The R.I.P. Lounge is where you can rest in peace with only the occasional monster encounters, located above Dark Harbor with a “ghost”-eye-view of the entire event, including 4 drink tickets and made-to-order street taco station. The package includes (1) GA Ticket (1) Fast Fright Pass & (1) admisstion to the R.I.P. Lounge.
Q: Can I upgrade my General Admission ticket to the R.I.P Lounge if I've already purchased it?
A: Yes. You can upgrade your ticket at the Queen Mary Box Office by paying the price difference (plus service fee). Based on availability.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: We do not offer refunds, however, you can exchange your tickets for a different night for an exchange fee of $5 per ticket and the ticket price difference.
Q: Do you have any specials or discounts?

Q: Do you take credit card?
A: Yes, credit cards are accepted at the event.
Q: Will ATMs be available?
A: Yes, ATMs will be available both before you enter the event and inside the event.
Q: Will I be allowed to exit the event and return the same night?
A: No, reentry the same night will not be allowed.
Q: Will the event be open if it is raining?
A: Yes, the event will still open from 7pm to 12 midnight if it is raining. All 6 of the mazes are inside areas.
