What are the hours and dates that CHILL is open?
CHILL is open daily through January 6, 2013. For daily hours, promotions and entertainment schedule, please view our CHILL Calendar.

Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets may be purchased online for The Ice Kingdom, ice skating or ice tubing, or at the box office. Save $1.75 (no convenience fee) by purchasing your tickets online. Buy tickets now!

Is there an age limit for CHILL?
No.

At what age is a ticket purchase required?
Children under 5 years old are free. A child’s admission ticket is 5-11 years old and 12 and up requires an adult ticket.

I understand it’s 9-degrees inside The Ice Kingdom? What should I wear?
All guests are provided calf-length, hooded winter coats to keep them warm. Coats are available in all sizes, including children and infants. Long pants and closed-toe shoes are required. Hat and gloves are recommended and available for purchase. The forecast inside our igloo is chilly, so dress accordingly!

Do I need boots?
All pathways throughout The Ice Kingdom are carpeted and boots are not required. We do recommend that you wear comfortable walking shoes. Closed-toe shoes are required.

Is CHILL and The Ice Kingdom wheelchair and stroller accessible?
Most of the areas of CHILL are wheelchair accessible, as is The Ice Kingdom. There is a designated place for stroller parking in front of The Ice Kingdom, as strollers are not allowed inside the exhibit.

May I take photos?
Yes! Take as many photos as you like throughout all of CHILL and The Ice Kingdom. However, due to the cold weather inside the igloo you can expect to experience a “fogging” of the lens effect when exiting from The Ice Kingdom into warmer temperatures outside. This, however, usually goes away once the camera warms up. Please check the manufacturer information regarding the cold tolerance of your camera equipment. A disposable camera is recommended. The Queen Mary and ISA are not responsible for damage to any camera equipment caused by the extreme cold temperature.

Will food and drinks be available?
Yes, CHILL will have a variety of food and drink options, including holiday favorites like hot chocolate.

Can I access the ship when I attend CHILL?
Yes! Simply present your The Ice Kingdom, Ice Skating or Ice Tubing ticket to the Queen Mary box office for free same day access to the ship, (does not include any ship tours).

How much is parking?
Parking is $20 per vehicle.

Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds, however, you can exchange your tickets for a different day for an exchange fee of $5 per ticket and the ticket price difference.

Do you take credit cards?
Yes, credit cards are accepted at CHILL.

Will ATMs be available?
Yes, ATMs will be available both before you enter the event and inside the event.

Will the event be open if it is raining?
Yes, CHILL will remain open while it’s raining. Many parts of CHILL, including The Ice Kingdom are indoors and will not be affected by the weather.
