2ND ANNUAL WEST COAST BBQ CLASSIC

Grill masters from around the country will gather at Queen Mary’s Waterfront Events Park to compete for the title of West Coast’s BEST BBQ. Let your taste buds rage over which barbecue style is king. Prefer Memphis to Texas or savory to sweet? You be the judge at the 2nd Annual West Coast BBQ Classic.

Join us for a smokin’ hot day of grillin', fillin’ n’ chillin.'

An official California-State-Certified, KCBS-Sanctioned, BBQ Championship; WCBC will bring together Southern California's most accomplished Champion Pitmasters. They will converge at the historic Queen Mary for a one-day BBQ showdown to compete for $9,000 in CASH and be crowned the 2nd annual West Coast BBQ Pitmaster Champion.

All Sauced Up will attempt to defend their crown but will face some serious competition from TLC's BBQ Pitmasters - Bigmista's BBQ, Slap Yo' Daddy and Big Poppa Smokers - as well as Arlie Bragg of Arlique Catering and Lake Elsinore's Freddy Ray’s BBQ amongst many others in the field of 60 competitors. The finger lickin’ family fun festival features:

• Live bands performing from 11:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (Knight Ryder, The Record Company and Shoemaker Brothers)
