Sip classic cocktails that have been updated with a twist, such as the Hemingway Daiquiri made with fresh squeezed limes, fresh muddled Cuban Mojitos, CableCar, Negroni, or the Sidecar. Try the Observation Bar´s signature cocktails such as the Ginger Snap made with Absolut Citron Vodka, Canton ginger liqueur, fresh squeezed lemon juice and ginger ale, garnished with a rosemary sprig. Chill out with fresh brewed iced tea martini´s; including the popular Wildberry-tea-ni made with Beefeater black tea infused gin, fresh lemon juice and wildberry iced tea.

Our Long Beach bar and lounge offers a great selection of draught brews, as well as bottled beers or wine and Champagne.
