1916

Initially established in 2004 as a fun and creative outlet, these Bakersfield natives have evolved and matured from their 2007 release "Uprising." Since the release of their second album "Long Road Home" in 2010, the band has garnered well-deserved attention. With influences and sounds comparable to Flogging Molly and Dropkick Murphys, 1916 is steadily carving their niche on the American music scene. Touring predominately in California, Nevada and Washington they play Scottish Gatherings and Games, Irish Festivals, parties and pubs. Visit their website here: http://www.1916rocks.com/#

BAD HAGGIS

The latest band from Braveheart and Titanic piper Eric Rigler, Bad Haggis combines Scottish roots with visionary rocking, cutting-edge Celtic sounds meets grooving-jazzy-world-fusion. Commonly regarded as "the world's most recorded piper," Rigler is a unique force in world music and in high demand in Hollywood. He has played on soundtracks for some of the largest productions in contemporary film, including "Titanic," "Braveheart," "Austin Powers," "Troy" and "Master and Commander." Bad Haggis has entertained audiences throughout the world with its sound that is by turns hauntingly beautiful and energetically pop-like. Incorporating unlikely instruments in unexpected combinations, the band is an international amalgam based in the Celtic music in which Rigler specializes. BRICK TOP BLAGGERS

Brick Top Blaggers is that rare band that bridges the gap between Celtic folk music and contemporary punk rock without sacrificing either integrity or relevance. With a band full of songwriters and an arsenal of instruments as diverse as their musical backgrounds, they have created a distinctive sound that seamlessly blends traditional tunes played on accordion, fiddle, bagpipes and mandolin, with roaring guitars and rock-solid bass and drums. The result is their own intelligent, exuberant brand of Celtic rock that is always original, always evolving and always unforgettable. Visit their website here: http://www.bricktopblaggers.com/

STAND EASY

Pure dead brilliant! A powerful crowd-pleasing Scottish Festival favorite, Stand Easy is where Celtic music, bagpipes and Rock & Roll coalesce for a foot-stomping good time! Led by award-winning bagpiper, singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist John McLean Allan, Stand Easy performs knock-out original songs, traditional songs and bagpipe/rock instrumentals. Allan has performed with the Chieftains, Korn, the Hollywood Bowl Orchestra and The Tonight Show Band and in numerous feature films and television shows, including the Oscar-winning Best Picture "Million Dollar Baby," "Austin Powers 2," "The West Wing" and "Primary Colors" among many others.
